Millicent Little, an integral member of the VEN family since its inception as part of our digital media team, now adds Partner and Manager to her responsibilities at VEN Consulting, LLC. With over two decades of experience in the education sector, Millicent's journey began with a bachelor's degree in Special Education followed by a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Notably, she spearheaded the development and piloting of an early childhood literacy program for at risk students during her tenure in education.

 

With a fervent commitment to reading intervention, Millicent has continuously trained and applied innovative strategies with her students. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in managing her pet sitting business, cherishing moments with family, indulging in reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise.
